OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis. All shipping is standard, within 1-3 days. We only ship on Business day (Monday - Friday). Once your order is packaged and shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing tracking information.
RETURNS
The Small Print
We want your doggos to LOVE their wags. If they don't love their wags, send us an email and we can issue a refund or a replacement.
